RAID data recovery experts in London
Creative IT has more than 20 years of experience in data recovery. Our RAID data recovery service rebuilds failed arrays and retrieves the files on them, from two-disk mirrors to large server and NAS arrays, covering RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10 and JBOD.
Evaluation is free and we give you a fixed quote before any work starts. Most cases are covered by our no data, no fee policy, and an emergency service is available.
Recovery work is carried out at our London repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY. Drop your drives off by appointment at our Beckenham drop-off centre (21 Village Way, BR3 3NA) or ask us to arrange a courier collection.

Why RAID arrays fail
A RAID array spreads data across several drives so that it can survive one of them failing. The trouble starts when a second drive fails before the first is replaced, when a rebuild goes wrong, or when the controller loses the configuration that says how the drives fit together.
What to do when it happens
Stop using the device straight away. Do not keep restarting it, run repair or recovery software, attempt a rebuild or open the drive: each attempt can overwrite data or make physical damage worse. If there are several drives, label them in order, and get them to us.
How recovery works
We examine the device and tell you what can be recovered and what it will cost before any work starts. Once you approve the quote we recover the files, check them with you, and return them on a new drive or by secure transfer. If we cannot recover anything, most cases are covered by our no data, no fee policy.
