Mac repair experts in London

Creative IT has repaired Apple Macs in London since 2004. Our engineers work at component level, so our Mac repair service can often fix the fault itself instead of replacing a whole logic board, which keeps repairs faster and more affordable. We cover every Mac, from older Intel models to the latest 2026 Apple silicon machines and the MacBook Neo.
Repairs are carried out at our London repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY. Drop your Mac off by appointment at our Beckenham drop-off centre (21 Village Way, BR3 3NA) or ask us to arrange a courier collection.

Why Apple silicon Macs need a specialist
On M-series Macs and the MacBook Neo, the storage is soldered to the logic board and encrypted by the chip. A swap-the-board repair wipes your data for good. Repairing the board itself is often the only way to get your files back, and that is exactly the work our engineers do every day.
How our Mac repair service works
We diagnose the fault first and give you a fixed quote. Nothing is repaired until you approve it. Many repairs are completed the same day or within one to two working days, depending on the fault and parts. Every repair is tested before it goes back to you.
Common Mac faults
No power, no display, short circuits, failed charging and graphics faults usually point to the logic board. Cracked, flickering or dark displays need a screen repair or replacement. After a liquid spill, switch the Mac off and get it to us as soon as possible. We also recover data from failed SSDs, Fusion Drives and dead logic boards.

Frequently asked questions
Do you repair the new MacBook Neo?
Yes. We repair the 2026 MacBook Neo, including screens, batteries, USB-C charging ports, keyboards, liquid damage and logic board faults.
Can you fix my Mac the same day?
Many common repairs, such as batteries and some screens and ports, can be done the same day if parts are in stock. Board-level repairs usually take one to two working days.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs do not touch your data. Where there is a risk, we tell you before we start. Because Apple silicon storage is part of the logic board, we repair the board rather than replace it whenever possible.
Do you repair older Intel Macs?
Yes. We repair Intel MacBooks, iMacs and Mac minis, as well as vintage PowerBooks and iBooks.
