Our computer software repair service fixes laptops and PCs that crash, freeze, show error messages, will not start Windows or have programs that refuse to open.
Repairs are carried out at our London repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY. Drop your computer off by appointment at our Beckenham drop-off centre (21 Village Way, BR3 3NA) or ask us to arrange a courier collection.

Software or hardware?
Crashes and error messages are not always a software problem. A failing hard drive or faulty memory produces the same symptoms, so we test the hardware first. That way a reinstall is not wasted on a computer that needs a new drive.
Your files and programs
Where we can, we repair Windows without wiping the computer. If a clean reinstall is the right fix, we back up your files first and put them back afterwards.
How the repair works
Tell us what is wrong and we reply with a quote, usually the same working day. We diagnose the fault and confirm the cost before starting, and most repairs are completed within one to two days.
