Our laptop hard drive and SSD upgrade service replaces failing drives and swaps slow hard disks for solid state drives, with your files, programs and settings copied across.
Repairs are carried out at our London repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY. Drop your laptop off by appointment at our Beckenham drop-off centre (21 Village Way, BR3 3NA) or ask us to arrange a courier collection.

Why upgrade to an SSD?
Replacing a hard disk with a solid state drive is the single biggest speed improvement for an older laptop. It starts in seconds instead of minutes, programs open faster, and with no moving parts the drive is less likely to fail if the laptop is knocked.
Your data
We copy the whole of your old drive to the new one, so the laptop comes back just as you left it. If the old drive has already failed, we can attempt to recover the data from it first.
How the repair works
Tell us what is wrong and we reply with a quote, usually the same working day. We diagnose the fault and confirm the cost before starting, and most repairs are completed within one to two days.
