We used to have a separate page for almost every London postcode. That was never very helpful, so here is the honest version: all repairs happen at our repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, near London Bridge. How you get your device to us depends on where you are and what suits you.
Three ways to get your repair to us
Drop off in Beckenham
Our drop-off centre is at 21 Village Way, Beckenham BR3 3NA. It is by appointment only, so please call before you visit. See the drop-off page for details. Most laptops are repaired or upgraded within one to two days, and we will tell you up front if a part needs ordering.
Call-outs to your home or office
A Creative IT engineer can visit your home or office in London, Monday to Saturday. If the fault can be fixed without new parts, it is fixed there and then. Otherwise the engineer takes the computer back to the repair centre, where we have the tools for board-level repair. See our business computer repair page for how we work with companies, schools and fleets, or London call-out repair to book a visit.
Courier or post from anywhere in the UK
You do not need to live in London. Pack the device well, send it to the workshop, and we will contact you when it arrives. Laptop assessment is £45 + VAT and you get a fixed quote before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, we send it back. This is how most of our data recovery customers outside London reach us.

FAQs
Is it safe to post a laptop?
Yes, if it is packed properly. Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding, remove any loose accessories you do not need us to test, and use a tracked, insured service. Include a note with your name, contact details and a description of the fault.
Do you charge to look at a device?
Laptop assessment is £45 + VAT, whether you drop off or post. For other devices we tell you any cost up front, and nothing is done until you have agreed a fixed quote.
Can you visit my home?
Yes. Engineers visit homes and offices across London. See London call-out repair to arrange a visit.
