The MacBook Neo is Apple’s lowest-priced laptop, launched in March 2026. It uses the A18 Pro chip, a 13-inch Liquid Retina display and a fanless aluminium design. Screen repair
A cracked or dark screen, lines on the display, or a failed backlight. We replace the display and test it fully before return.
USB-C charging port repair
The MacBook Neo charges only through USB-C, so a loose, damaged or burnt port means it cannot charge at all. We repair or replace the port and check the charging circuit on the logic board.
Battery replacement
Fast drain, sudden shutdowns, a swollen battery or a “Service Recommended” warning. We fit a new battery and calibrate it.
Keyboard, trackpad and Touch ID
Stuck or unresponsive keys, a trackpad that will not click, or a Touch ID or Lock Key fault.
Liquid damage

Logic board repair and data recovery

Can a MacBook Neo be repaired?
Yes. Screens, batteries, USB-C ports, keyboards and logic board faults can all be repaired. We diagnose the fault and give you a fixed quote before any work starts.
My MacBook Neo will not charge. What is wrong?
The most common causes are a damaged USB-C port, a faulty cable or charger, or a fault in the charging circuit on the logic board. We test each one to find the cause.
Can I upgrade the memory or storage on a MacBook Neo?
No. The 8GB memory and the storage are built into the logic board and cannot be upgraded after purchase.
Will repairing my MacBook Neo erase my data?
Screen, battery, port and keyboard repairs do not affect your data. If the logic board is faulty, we repair it rather than replace it, which keeps your files.
