SSD data recovery experts in London
Creative IT has more than 20 years of experience in data recovery. Our SSD data recovery service retrieves files from failed, corrupted and damaged solid state drives, both internal drives and external or portable SSDs, including NAND flash recovery where the controller has failed.
Evaluation is free and we give you a fixed quote before any work starts. Most cases are covered by our no data, no fee policy, and an emergency service is available.
Recovery work is carried out at our London repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY. Drop your drive off by appointment at our Beckenham drop-off centre (21 Village Way, BR3 3NA) or ask us to arrange a courier collection.

Why SSDs fail
SSDs have no moving parts, so they rarely give the warning signs a hard drive does. They usually fail suddenly: the controller chip or firmware stops working, a power surge damages the electronics, or the memory cells wear out. The drive then vanishes from the computer or shows the wrong size.
What to do when it happens
Stop using the device straight away. Do not keep restarting it, run repair or recovery software, attempt a rebuild or open the drive: each attempt can overwrite data or make physical damage worse. If there are several drives, label them in order, and get them to us.
How recovery works
We examine the device and tell you what can be recovered and what it will cost before any work starts. Once you approve the quote we recover the files, check them with you, and return them on a new drive or by secure transfer. If we cannot recover anything, most cases are covered by our no data, no fee policy.
