How we diagnose a fault
We test the power supply, memory, drive, motherboard and screen in turn, and check Windows for corruption and viruses. Intermittent faults are run under load until they show themselves.
What you get
A plain explanation of the fault and a quote for the repair before any work starts. If the computer is not worth repairing, we will say so and can move your files to its replacement.
