Our MacBook charging port repair service fixes USB-C, Thunderbolt and MagSafe ports that are loose, damaged or no longer charge the MacBook.

Repairs are carried out at our London repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY. Drop your MacBook off by appointment at our Beckenham drop-off centre (21 Village Way, BR3 3NA) or ask us to arrange a courier collection.

Port or logic board?

A MacBook that will not charge may have a worn or damaged port, or a fault in the charging circuit on the logic board. We test both, and repair the board at component level where that is the cause.
