Our Windows installation and upgrade service installs, reinstalls and upgrades Windows on laptops and desktop PCs, with drivers, updates and your files put back in place.
Repairs are carried out at our London repair centre at 80 Willow Walk, SE1 5SY. Drop your computer off by appointment at our Beckenham drop-off centre (21 Village Way, BR3 3NA) or ask us to arrange a courier collection.

When a reinstall helps
A clean installation clears out years of clutter, removes stubborn viruses and fixes a Windows that will no longer start or update. It is also needed after a hard drive or SSD is replaced.
Upgrading an older computer
Before upgrading, we check that the computer meets the requirements of the newer version of Windows and tell you if it needs more memory or an SSD to run it well.
Your files and programs
We back up your documents, photos and other files before we start and restore them afterwards. Programs need to be reinstalled, so have your licence keys and account details to hand.
