Creative IT has repaired Apple Macs in London since 2004. Our engineers work at component level, so we can often fix the fault itself instead of replacing a whole logic board, which keeps repairs faster and more affordable. We repair MacBook Neo, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Studio, from older Intel models right up to the latest 2026 Apple silicon machines.

Why Apple silicon Macs need a specialist
On M-series Macs and the MacBook Neo, the storage is soldered to the logic board and encrypted by the chip. A swap-the-board repair wipes your data for good. Repairing the board itself is often the only way to get your files back, and that is exactly the work our engineers do every day.
How our Mac repair service works
We diagnose the fault first and give you a fixed quote. Nothing is repaired until you approve it. Many repairs are completed the same day or within one to two working days, depending on the fault and parts. Every repair is tested before it goes back to you.
Frequently asked questions
Do you repair the new MacBook Neo?
Yes. We repair the 2026 MacBook Neo, including screens, batteries, USB-C charging ports, keyboards, liquid damage and logic board faults.
Can you fix my Mac the same day?
Many common repairs, such as batteries and some screens and ports, can be done the same day if parts are in stock. Board-level repairs usually take one to two working days.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs do not touch your data. Where there is a risk, we tell you before we start. Because Apple silicon storage is part of the logic board, we repair the board rather than replace it whenever possible.
Do you repair older Intel Macs?
Yes. We repair Intel MacBooks, iMacs and Mac minis, as well as vintage PowerBooks and iBooks.
