About the 12-inch MacBook
The 12-inch MacBook was Apple's thinnest and lightest laptop of its time: fanless, with a single USB-C port and the first butterfly keyboard. Its most common faults are sticking or failed keys, worn batteries and a damaged USB-C port, which is the only way to charge it.
The white and black polycarbonate MacBook
The polycarbonate MacBook was sold from 2006 to 2011. We still repair them, most often for cracked cases and palm rests, failed hard drives and worn batteries, and an SSD upgrade can make one usable again.
How the repair works
We diagnose the fault first and give you a fixed quote. Nothing is repaired until you approve it, and every repair is tested before it goes back to you.
