A cracked or faulty screen is one of the most common MacBook repairs we do. We replace and repair displays on MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and the 2026 MacBook Neo, and we test every screen fully before your MacBook goes home.

Screen faults we fix
- Cracked or shattered screens.
- Lines, coloured bars or flickering.
- Dark screen or no backlight. You may just see an image with a torch.
- “Flexgate” on 2016 to 2017 MacBook Pro models, where the screen goes dark when opened past a certain angle.
- Stage light effect at the bottom of the screen.
- Peeling anti-reflective coating on older Retina displays.
Models we repair
- MacBook Pro 14-inch and 16-inch Liquid Retina XDR, M1 Pro to M5 Max, including 2026 models.
- MacBook Pro 13-inch, 15-inch and 16-inch Intel Retina models.
- MacBook Air 13-inch and 15-inch, M1 to M5. See MacBook Air repair.
- MacBook Neo 13-inch. See MacBook Neo repair.
Frequently asked questions
Can you replace just the glass on a MacBook screen?
On Retina MacBooks the glass and panel are one unit, so the display assembly is replaced. On some models we can repair backlight and cable faults without a full screen.
How long does a MacBook screen replacement take?
Often the same day or next working day when the screen for your model is in stock.
Will my data be affected?
No. A screen repair does not touch your storage.
